Jaimie Anderson-Hoyt, MA, CFM
Grant Development Director
Jaimie is the Grant Development Director at Nebraska Families Collaborative, helping raise awareness about--and funding to support--NFC’s mission of "Building on child, family and community strengths so that all children and families are safe, healthy, and thriving."
Prior to joining Nebraska Families Collaborative, she worked at Mosaic for ten years in different roles with increasing responsibilities, including as a Grant Development Coordinator and later as Director and then Vice President of the Mosaic Collaborative for Disabilities Public Policy and Practice.
Ms. Anderson-Hoyt has been a grant development professional since 2000, and a member of the Grant Professionals Association (GPA) since 2003. In the past, she served as a grant reviewer for the Nebraska Volunteer Service Commission, a volunteer grant writer for the Omaha Symphonic Chorus, and a grant consultant for Alegent Health Foundation. Ms. Anderson-Hoyt has reviewed countless grant applications for agencies across the U.S. and internationally, and has helped secure several million dollars from Federal, State, and County funding agencies as well as from private and corporate foundations.
Ms. Anderson-Hoyt has served in various roles with the Nebraska Chapter of the Grant Professionals Association, having helped establish the Chapter in 2006. She served as President, Chapter Secretary and Communications Committee Chair. Ms. Anderson-Hoyt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Doane College. She also earned a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is dedicated to continued professional growth in all aspects of fundraising.
