Nebraska Families Collaborative: Delivering hope, healing and life-changing care to children and families in Douglas and Sarpy counties.

The Nebraska Families Collaborative (NFC) is a non-profit partnership of five accredited Omaha-area organizations with more than 400 combined years of experience and expertise in the care of children and families. With deep roots in our community, these organizations know the unique challenges Nebraska parents and children face. The NFC connects families to the vast array of services provided by the NFC partners and manages the delivery of these services to Nebraska families.

Child Welform Reform, Effective System of Care

All NFC partners share a common vision for child welfare reform and an effective, community-based system of care in Nebraska. The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services is partnering with the NFC to reform the child welfare system and increase positive outcomes for children and families.
